Players don't drop a head when dying to a charged creeper.

When you are blown up by a charged creeper it does not drop a Head item.

Expected Result.
When killed by a charged creeper explosion it should drop a Head item.

Actual results.
Getting blown up by a charged creeper does not drop anything.

Edit: sorry I just found this was intentional. i thought for sure it was a thing. and I don't know how to remove this post.
