Villagers do not link to beds or workstations. This has been happening on my realm since 1.14.6 released. I have been able to temporarily fix it by reverting to a previous save of my realm, but the issue always comes back, after varying amounts of time, pretty much always under an hour. I'm not sure if this is a realm related issue or just a game bug.
