Cannot create ANY kind of world, but can delete them.

I literally cannot make ANY kind of world, not even 0.8.1 worlds. (survival, limited space/ creative, limited space). I can't make flat worlds or infinite worlds. I looked it up and didn't find a solution, but I've noticed that it's only happening to samsung tab and galaxy users. The "loading/ generating terrain" bar stops around half or even a litle bit less. At first I thought it had to do with how much space I had only my phone, but I have a new SD card, so that wasn't it.
Can this be fixed asap? I really want to see if there other bugs for samsungs, because where there's one, there are plenty more!
