Had Minecraft for nearly 18 months, recently been playing online. Bought Minecoins for the first time, saved to device. Yesterday Microsoft account wouldn't open. Changed password so now on same Microsoft account again but it won't connect to Switch. Minecraft crashes before I can even put remote code in. Message 'the software was closed because an error occured'. Tried restart, all updates etc, nothing. I don't know which version it is.
