[MCPE-7383] Can't swim up in lava

Can't swim up(or swim) in lava so I can't get iut of lava lake if not in creative.

This applies to the 0.11.0 beta builds, too. You cannot swim upwards while in lava.

Swimming up lava is not possible in v0.11
