Fortune dont affect in redstone ore

Cannot Reproduce

Fortune dont work in redstone, works in diamons, coal, emerald and lapis but in redstone ore give almost the same quantity as normal pickaxe 4-5.

Cannot reproduce. I consistently got 5-8 Redstone pieces from Redstone ore with Fortune 3.
