[MCPE-74392] Breacking Warper/Crimson Nylium need silk touch pickaxe

When break a Nylium block with a normal pickaxe , it drop netherrack block

To fix that , just change the loot table of Nylium

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-66941, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
