I don't even know what it is. I was roaming the nether and some glitched item appeared in my inventory. It can't be placed or used.
Edit: I saw another post that mentions these are glitched nether sprouts.

We're tracking this issue as MCPE-74339, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.

It seems the texture is also glitched, it's much larger than spawn eggs usually are.
