So, I wanted to complete a achievement which was to get a Enchanted Golden Apple and then create the the 'THING' Banner Pattern but It did not work then I gone to creative mode and then I saw you can craft the 'THING' Banner Pattern in creative mode but not in survival.
So, Please Mojang fix this Bug.
