Summary:
When placing warped fungus in flower pots, hoglins seem to not react to the fungus.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place a flower pot
Place warped fungus in the flower pot
Spawn a hoglin
Observed Results:
The hoglin does not run away from the warped fungus.
Expected Results:
The hoglin should run away from the warped fungus.

I’m playing bedrock Minecraft v1.20.62 realms on Nintendo Switch. Hoglins do not repel from the warped fungus in a flower pot.

This may be due to the fact that a flowerpot is always considered a flowerpot, no matter what it has in it. The warped fungus isn't placed as a separate block; instead its presence is reflected in the NBT data of the flower pot, and as such, doesn't repel hoglins. This doesn't mean your issue isn't valid, it just means that an oversight has been made by the developers.
