Perhaps it is intended, but spawned Piglins in End and Overworld become Zombie Piglins after about 30 seconds. Coincidentally I happened to have ice down in both the End and Overworld when observing this phenomenon.
Also, Hoglins become Zoglins after 30 seconds in both dimensions.
