[MCPE-75291] Wierd things in my inventory that I cannot place or use. Found in the nether and dont know what it is

Looks kind of like a spawn egg texture but it takes up the whole inventory slot. I cannot place it or use. The only name it has is "Nature". I dont know where I got it from, but it is from the nether I think. If I put it in my hand theres nothing there, like I'm holding nothing

I figured out that it's the small grass blue nether grass. It's not in the creative menu tho. When I pick block it, it just the wierd texture thing
