[MCPE-75414] when a torch is placed under correct circumfrentances it will place but not reduce the amount the user has.

the way to do this is to hold a pickaxe then left click at the same time as swapping to the torches by pressing the corresponding number and torch will place and light area up but not use a torch from the inventory
