I was just strolling around on ab warped forest and get attacked by piglins because i forget my gold armor when i fight them i accodenaccidentaly destroy an warped stem with my sword and it dropped a weird item the item has a texture of 1/4 wooden sword 1/4 berries 1/4 wooden door and 1/4 wheat when dropped when on inventory it look like a wave of colors from grey to pure white and it does not have any name

And btw this only happen if you break it with a sword in my expirience i dont know about the other tool tough
What does the item show when you pick it up? There's a known issue with nether sprouts (MCPE-74339) but I'm not able to reproduce this with warped stems.
