[MCPE-75977] Character Creator Item has Black Texture

I've noticed since Version 1.13 that on the Character Creator, the Travel Boots has this weird black texture on the right boot and the left boot doesn't have it.

No one has really reported this, so I decided to report it myself.
The video below shows the issue. Pay attention to my character's boots and you'll notice the black texture on the side.

You can also see the black texture on the side on the boot in the 1.16 image shown below.

Yep. The missing texture on the boots is still there to this day.
