When Nether Sprouts are mined in Survival or breaking the block underneath causes it to drop an incorrect item which is somewhat glitched and isn't placeable

We're tracking this issue as MCPE-74339, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
