[MCPE-76221] When we break the sprouts of the nether your Dropbox and different

When you break the sprout of the nether in survival mode your drop becomes an item like an iron pants and when you take this item it becomes an item like a watermelon and it is nameless it does not matter the item we are using to break the sprouts of the nether and it always occurs this bug
