Summary:
Dispenser can't equip armour on villager.In 1.16.0.51 Dispenser can equip armour on all of the mobs except villager.It should equip armor on villager.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Find a villager.
2.Place a Dispenser and put armour in it.
3.activate the dispenser.
4.Dispenser will equip armour on villager.
Observed Results:
Dispenser can't equip armour on villager.
Expected Results:
Dispenser can equip armour on villager.
