[MCPE-76722] Add on to the flowing water animation notbworking

It seems like the fire animation, lava flowing animation along with the flowing water animation isnt working. Sorry i made a second one of these and again, these bugs arnt game breaking but needs fixing nonetheless. Thank you (:
