It's happen on stonecutter. I don't have any stone in my inventory (see image) only andesite and others. But when i click on stonebrickx4 it take my andesite and make stonebrick!

I couldn't replicate this, I tried crafting it in my inventory, in a crafting table, and in the stone cutter, but only ever got polished andesite. But I do know the reverse is possible. Placing stone in a stone cutter allows you to get polished andesite.
