[MCPE-76951] Bug on water, lava, fire, painting

Animation on Fire, Lava, and Water stopped. And the paint when placed it's invisible.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-76180 and MCPE-69652, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
