Screen won't move for a split second while breaking blocks

I was breaking a block when I noticed that for a second I couldn't move the screen around causing me to break more blocks than I intended to. It happens in both game modes, survival and creative. I am playing on the Kindle Fire HDX. Not the HD.

I believe this is more of a lag issue than an actual bug

Yea it sounds like your tablet might just be a little slow.
