glitched unknown item

i got this glitched item in the nether, it's my first nether portal in this game and i wasn't in there very long. It was in one the warped forest biom and the only things i mined were one block of nether wart and a couple of glowstone, i noticed the item in my inventory pretty quickly and immediately documenting what was happening, one screenshot i took in the nether and the other after i got back to my house, the glitched flavor text didn't appear until i got out of the nether. i unfortunately didn't record it, but when i first arrived at my house the lighting from my lanterns glitched and the room appeared dark, i immediately closed and reopened my game and the lighting was fixed and the glitch was still in my inventory. i equipped the item onto my bar and the item has no in hand sprite, when in hand i cant open boxes but i can open tools like anvil, it doesn't allow me to drop the item, when i break a dirt block with the item in hand the dirt doesn't drop. i have a captured video of me demonstrating but the file is too big so im just kinda hoping someone get in contact because im super worried that this is going to mess up my save. Also the version of game i have is 1.16.0.59 i dont know if it never updated or something but i could find that version in the options when filling this out
