When the game crashes any entities like armor stands Hopper mincarts disappear and don't come back including what is inside them (no there not invisible)

Yes the same thing happened to me with a (full of enchanted books) storage minecart. The game kept crashing when entering the Nether to retrieve that minecart.
I found the minecart but the chest was mysteriously empty. Lost a lot of stuff
