Chunks load very slowly again

Verification Builds:
1.16.0.61/1.14.60
Summary:
Chunks load very slowly again.in 1.16.0.59,1.16.0.60 and 1.16.0.61 it has been fix but Chucks load slowly again.if your in low chunks it still load slowly.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Chunks will load faster.
2.Chunks doesn't load slowly.
3.Chunks load will correctly.
Observed Results:
Chunks load very slowly.
Expected Results:
Chunks will fast.
