Bom dia,
Compramos o jogo do Minecraft e não estamos conseguindo jogar online. Aparece a mensagem: "Não é possível jogar em Realms devido a forma como sua conta da Microsoft está configurada. Isso pode ser alterado nas configurações de privacidade e segurança online". Na aba SERVIDORES não aparece nenhum servidor, apenas a mensagem repetida "VocÊ NÃO PODE JOGAR NO MULTIJOGADOR ONLINE DEVIDO A FORMA COMO SUA CONTA MICROSOFT ESTÁ CONFIGURADA. REVISE E ALTERE AS CONFIGURAÇÕES DE PRIVACIDADE EM AKA.MS/ACCOUNTSETTINGS.
Já fui nesse link e nada resolveu.
