Text Background Opacity setting didn't translate to other languages.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Settings -> Language.

  2. Set your game language to random one (except English).

  3. Go to Settings -> Accessibility.

What I expected to happen was...:
Text Background Opacity setting translated to other languages.

What actually happened was...:
Text Background Opacity setting didn't translate to other languages.
