[MCPE-7950] Nether quartz double-slabs are not correctly textured

When you have 2 nether slabs together it will not texture it correctly like on PC

MCPE is not the same as PC and may have intentional differences.

I have the same problem in MCPE 0.11.0 alpha build 5, and I don't think this was intended. Unfortunately, the bug tracker is denying me access to MCPE-7902, so I have to comment here. I would Also like to note that the same texture problem exists for single quartz slabs.
