Tooltips appear behind the hotbar

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get a sword with all the possible enchantments (mending, unbreaking, looting, knockback, fire aspect, smite, vanishing)

  2. Put the tool on your hotbar

  3. Select the tool on the hotbar

Observed Results:
The tooltip with the enchantments appears partially below the hotbar.

Expected Results:
You should see all the text above the hotbar.

This honestly aggrovates me, i can't even see the enchantements half the time. I have to go into my inventory to see my enchantments.
