In a friends minecraft worpd we have had about 10-50 villagers 2 foxes disappear and in my world I had multiple hopper minecarts vanish for no apparent reason they mostly do that when we log out and log back in to the world and something they all shared in common is the capability of constant movement and are far from the log off spots which is all I can think of why they'd disappear
