Skeletons arrows bounce off

When skeletons shoot their arrows at me on survival they bounce off. This has only happend when i am playing on wi-fi with a friend.

Can confirm on Galaxy S5 Android 4.4.2
This seems lag, the client thinks that the arrow has it him, instead, the server is not as this

Does this still apply in 0.11.1?
