[MCPE-80117] Chains that are by blocks don't break when destroying the top chain

If you try to break a chain from the top while a block is touching it wont break the all of the chains

I don't know if this is a design choice or a bug

Also if I break the blocks they get stuck to the air its definitely a bug

However, this issue is Working as Intended.

The report you have submitted is working as intended: Chain blocks are able to remain in the air even if not attached to a block.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
