If you have an upwards facing dispenser filled with bonemeal and you place a 3x3 grass platform above it so that the dispenser is centered underneath, then place a flower on the center block of the platform and activate the dispenser with a lever, the game will crash. I posted a video of it on reddit since the file is too big for the bug report. I found it on the nintendo switch and someone commented on my reddit post saying that it happens on the xbox one as well.
