Zombofied piglin turned into zombie pigmen when using any addons

This is normal. Add-ons designed for 1.14 or older will change the world's basegame version to match, as to not create compatibility issues.

Per Nicholas' comment, addons will need to be updated to the new version to resolve.

Its designed this way to prevent the update from breaking existing addons.
