[MCPE-80356] Water to Land Glitch

In an Old world in certain spots when I am in the water, I cannot get back on land. There is also problem again with Old worlds. One side is always glitched, because you see the end of the Old World but you can still pass it. Please fix these. Thanks, have a nice day.
