[MCPE-80708] On mc rtx the boxes around the writing about the item you are hovering over doesnt appear, making it hard to read, nothing too major but wanted to point it out.

When i open my inventory and look for something by just hovering over the items, the box that the writing appears on doesnt show and makes it hard to read.
