[MCPE-8137] Dogs teleport into leaves

I reproduced, just have to get the dogs at the right distance and angle. Oddly, they did not take damage

In minecraft pocket edition, players do not suffocate in leaves. In case you did not know, dogs will always attempt to teleport to the owner which is an intended feature.

entities do not suffocate in leaves too, such as pigs, cows, chickens, etc.

This bug also teleports dogs into slabs and stairs if those are used in floors. They do suffocate and die from this, I just lost one of my favorite dogs in my LP to this.
