Placing blocks on Crimson Roots/Warped Roots doesn't remove roots

Summary:
When you try to place a block on Crimson Roots/Warped Roots it places it on top rather than removing the roots.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place down Crimson Roots and Warped Roots

  2. Place a block on them

Observed Results:
The block is placed on top of the roots.

Expected Results:
The block should replace the roots, just as it does in Java Edition.
