[MCPE-81991] Minecraft does not play the game music

The game does not play the songs nor the normal ones that play during the gameplay or the initial screen as the music discs. Another bug related to the sounds of the game is the grass making sand noise when I walk through it

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-41651, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

The free music pack from the Marketplace will need to be downloaded to hear music.
