Game constantly will crash at random moments.

Sometimes it's when I go in water, or just doing normal tasks in the game. This happens online but also offline. After the game will crash, it resets my items but the time of day stays the same. Just something to point out. Please fix this Mojang. It isn't making the game fun to play.
