[MCPE-83153] Torchs texture are broken

Since 1.16.0.63 beta version, the textures of the torchs in the game (normal,redstones and soul torch) are out of place. (I already reported the bug but it still not fixed)

The site is showing the bug as solved, but i verified it in the game and the textures are still wrong even after the game being updated.
