[MCPE-83299] The privacy settings never get fixed and when I finish choosing my privacy settings, it comes as you cannot play multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is set.

When I open minecraft I always have to change my privacy settings. After I change it, it allows me to play multiplayer only for some days and then again it shows up after some days.
