Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build a small room out of crying obsidian and respawn anchors

2. Spawn an ender dragon inside of it

Observed Results:
The ender dragon destroys the crying obsidian and respawn anchors.

Expected Results:
The ender dragon should be unable to destroy crying obsidian and respawn anchors.
