I have a founder's cape owned, but in the Minecraft Bedrock v1.16.0.68 beta, I can not change my cape in the character creator. The tab for capes does not appear at all for me.

Are you wearing the Steve Or Alex skin the cape comes on?
We're tracking this issue as MCPE-58092, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
