When hovering over the piglin on touch controls with gold, it says "barter" like it should (on the hover button).. But if you can't barter (either you don't have gold or it's already bartering) it will say "open" as the hover button.
To recreate this, you just hover over a piglin on touch controls without gold in your hand and the button will say open.
We're tracking this issue as MCPE-79376, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
