When a charged creeper is halfway in water, its electric aura lets you see through the water on the inside of the creeper's aura. You can reproduce it by making a charged creeper (there are many ways to do this), making or finding a pool of water one block deep, and pushing the creeper inside. Then look at the creeper upwards diagonally. It might be a one-time bug, and I don't have a proper picture of the because I am not sure how to take a screenshot on an Xbox.
