Iron Shovel missing in Creative

I got build 12 and when I checked creative mode, the iron shovel was missing.

I have the same problem with device SCH-i415

At least one shovel seems to be required in creative to allow players to create paths by tapping grass when a shovel is equipped.

Will this bug be fixed in the next 0.11.0 beta build?
