Large chunks missing all the way down to the void and the village me and my freinds were staying temporarily in reset so all our suff is gone.

So I enter the world going to work on my house when I saw a large chunk was missing at the front of my house. I thought the chunks just Hadden loaded so I when to stand on it, then I fell all the way down to void. when I respond I looked around and I saw there were chunks missing every were around me. I tried leaving the world and coming back but that did not work. I then went of to the village i was living in to see if anything happened there, and I saw many villagers even though there were no villagers left at that village when I last played. I then realised the village had been reset when I saw that the Mine shaft that I had was gone and all my best items were gone from my villager house and my friends were living there to so there stuff was gone as well.

If there is a way this can be fixed without having to go into creative that would be great. Because I'm trying to complete Minecraft.

This happened a week before the Nether Update.
