[MCPE-8558] Skin Pack Glitch

The 2 skin packs (town/city folk), when I click in one of the 2 packs, and I scroll down the page, and click "Back", there's no reaction until you scroll up to the top of the page.

Works fine for me too in Build 13. I am setting this as fixed in build 13, please comment on this issue again if it is still affecting build 13 (or later versions).
