In the new 1.16 update it won't let me craft any nether ore weapons or armor

Netherite armor/tools cannot be crafted, they're made in the smithing table with diamond armor/tools and a netherite ingot.

When you make netherite tools and armor you put diamond armor or tools into a smithing table with one netherite ingot. Hope this helps.
